Dispatch Times:

• All online-paid orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
• Delivery Timeframes:

1. Category A Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai): Delivery within 3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
2. Category B Locations (Rest of India): Delivery within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Partners & Special Cases

• We’ve partnered with leading courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and DTDC to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
• If these services are unavailable in your area, we’ll ship via India Post & Track On Surface Services, While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur in such cases.

• Non-Shipping Days: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable in cases of returns or exchanges.
