  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please photograph it immediately after opening the package and share the images with our team the same day of delivery.
  • Important Note: Damage claims are only applicable to the inner product. Box damage alone will not qualify for replacement.
